Job: Quantity Surveyors, Hurley Consulting

A highly successful International Chartered Surveying practice seeks candidates for a multitude of roles for long term commissions in both Oman and the UAE. Educated to degree level with MRICS status for Senior QS positions or working towards MRICS status for QS roles. Candidates are sought with airport experience and / or commercial/residential experience for current roles in both Muscat and Dubai.

You will have a thorough understanding of construction contracts, particular knowledge of the FIDIC suite of contracts would be advantageous, how to interpret and apply them, and how to manage and defend contractual claims.

Our projects in Dubai require candidates of all levels including intermediate, project and senior QS’s. You will report to the senior quantity surveyor in charge of delivery of these prestigious long term projects with a focus on professional, accurate and on time service delivery. The successful candidates must possess initiative and the ability to work unaided at times, under pressure, but must also be able to function as a member of the overall project team. Previous experience in the region would be an advantage but not essential.
